Satisfaction & Return Policy
We want you to love the toys you receive from us. If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 5 days of receiving your items and we can set up a return. We will refund the full purchase price of any item returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are not included.
Please provide us with the opportunity to make things right for you.
Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment. The order will be sent via USPS . A tracking number will be provided.
If you are ordering outside of the United States, please call us at (608) 269-5140 to place an order. We do not allow online ordering internationally at this time.
We will accept payment with paypal.
Loss in the Mail
If for some reason your piece is lost in the mail we will file an insurance claim and reship your order. If the order says it was delivered, we can not be responsible for finding where your piece actually went. Please contact your local post office before contacting us. If the package does not show up we will work with you to reship the product. If a piece goes unclaimed at the post office and returned to us we will ship out the order again but you must repay the shipping charges.
Canceling your order
If you cancel your sale you MUST contact us via email and let us know so we can issue a refund and stop the shipment.
